Guatemala, May 25, 2022 - TELUS International (now rebranded as TELUS Digital) (NYSE and TSX: TIXT), a digital customer experience (CX) innovator that designs, builds and delivers next-generation solutions for global and disruptive brands, today announced the inauguration of its new operations center located in Torre Pradera, at Galerías La Pradera shopping mall. This new ‘Digitization Campus,’ located in zone 10, answers the high demand for implementing and optimizing technologies in global markets, while also enabling world-class open workstations and amenities for team members to perform at their best.
Since 2009, TELUS International has held operations in Guatemala with over 10,000 team members across five sites, specializing in promoting and generating quick technology solutions. The launch of TELUS International Digital Solutions in 2017 further propelled TELUS International’s technology solutions, from design and construction to delivery, operation and optimization, including intelligent automation for digital transformation. Currently, TELUS International operates in the region with 28 lines of business for six internationally recognized companies in the telecommunications, technology and services, cloud-based software, airline, financial and healthcare industries.

TELUS International's Digital Solutions team for Central America has grown to almost 400 team members in just six years of operation and employs a wide range of expertise including technology professionals and developers with experience in multiple programming languages such as Java, Javascript, Python, React, Node JS, .NET and Angular, among others.
At the regional level, the division has lines of business in the health, entertainment, telecommunications, hospitality and tourism sectors, making it an attractive employer for trained talent in the latest technology areas.
