Global Senior Vice President, Service Delivery and Operations

As Global SVP, Service Delivery and Operations, I lead TELUS Digital Solutions' global professional services practice — 6,000 team members across the value chain to build web and mobile apps, design and execute martech strategies, modernize enterprise technology, create AI agents and AI-enabled applications, and transform the way customer service is executed for our customers.

The practice delivers research, consulting and design & build services that help clients reimagine digital experiences and drive transformations at scale — with a particular focus on creating modern customer experiences. Our work spans the full spectrum of CX AI: from crafting delightful self-service experiences and deploying fully digital agents connected to back-end workflows, to assistive tools and platforms that empower human agents to focus on what matters most — creating meaningful connections with customers.

I joined TELUS Digital in 2023 through the acquisition of WillowTree. Over the past 16 years in professional services, I have focused on building, scaling and restructuring digital services organizations — leading multiple acquisitions while growing topline revenue by 2,500% and sustaining a 70-point client NPS through a disciplined focus on client business value, team development and technical excellence. My approach is to build the operational and leadership conditions that allow exceptional teams to do their best work, innovate and deliver in moments that matter for our customers.

Previous to my time in professional services, I held leadership roles in public sector organizations focused on economic growth and development as well as in the restaurant industry, leading digital marketing and digital transformation efforts for a Fortune 1000 restaurant and food products company.

I live in Columbus, Ohio, with my husband and two kids. I enjoy golfing, hiking, traveling and cooking together with my family. I hold a degree in Communications and Public Relations from Ohio Northern University and currently sit on the board of Tech Corp, where I am the incoming Board Chair.
