  • Bret KinsellaGM & SVP, Fuel iX, TELUS Digital

    Bret Kinsella is GM, Fuel iX and SVP at TELUS Digital. He also founded Voicebot.ai, the leading source of research, data, analysis and news about voice, AI and synthetic media technologies. Bret has been named Voice AI commentator of the year (2019–21) and analyst of the year (2020–21). He earned degrees from UCLA and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

  • Tim MacGregorVice President, Data & AI, TELUS Digital

    Tim MacGregor is a seasoned media, entertainment and telecommunications executive with extensive experience across the media and enterprise business landscape. Currently he oversees go-to-market strategy and business development for Fuel iX, as well as leading TELUS Digital's Data & AI sales teams. Prior to TELUS Digital, Tim was part of the management team at Clearleap, a video-on-demand and streaming management platform, where he helped guide the company's successful acquisition by IBM. Tim is passionate about bringing innovative technologies to global markets. MacGregor holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University, CT.

    Matthew Thompson is a Senior Account Executive with TELUS Digital's Communications and Media practice, driving AI-powered transformation for telecom operators across Europe. With 12 years of telecom experience at TELUS — spanning B2B and consumer mobility sales, digital strategy and data analytics — Matthew brings an operator's perspective to solving the industry's most pressing customer experience (CX) and operational challenges. Most recently, as Director of Client Success at TELUS Digital, Matthew led large-scale digital and cost transformation programs, delivering measurable ROI through AI-driven automation and CX innovation. Now based in Valladolid, Spain, he works with industry clients across the U.K., Germany and Spain to scale AI from pilot to production and transform customer operations.
